WEDDING RENTAL AGREEMENT FORM

INDEMNITY/HOLD HARMLESS:

Customers will take all necessary precaution regarding the items rented, and protect all persons and property from injury or damage.

POSSESSION/TITLE:
-
Customers right to possession of the rental item(s)/equipment begins at the time of delivery and/or upon the time of customer pickup.

RULES & REGULATIONS
-
In the event of a damaged or lost item, A Perfect Bloom Florist has the right to charge your credit card on file to replace the item. Necessary calls will be made before the charging of a credit card.

If items are for the rental period of a weekend, then items should be returned no later than the following Monday. If items are not returned with appropriate notice time by the customer to our facility, then there will be a 10% late fee for each item each day.

Rentals items can start being picked up on Thursday, the week of the event and must be returned Monday by 5:00 p.m.

We are not responsible for the loading or unloading of your equipment.

If renting chairs, they will need to be placed back on pallets and strapped in, as they were picked up or dropped off, unless we are doing setup and take down.

If using dishes or utensils, all items must be washed and dried before returning to store or before we pick them up.

THERE WILL BE A $1.00 FEE PER EACH PIECE OF SILVERWARE OR DISH THAT IS NOT WASHED WHEN WE PICKUP OR WHEN ITEMS ARE RETURNED

Linens shall be returned with no burn holes, cuts/tares, wax or stains that are un-washable. In the event that there are any of these damages done to linens, you will be charged in the full amount of the item. No exceptions.

If renting linens, all hangers must be returned or a small replacement fee will be added

At the time of booking there will be a 25% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit for rental items only.

At least a 10% is required to book your items if doing fresh. Deposit is non-refundable.

If you are picking up your own fresh you will need to bring vases &/or totes to carry all of your flowers in.

There will be no refund of any cancelled items on or after 2 full weeks prior to the pickup date

We do not refund for any unused items.

We are not responsible for the loading or unloading of your equipment.

The wedding items either floral or rental shall be paid in full 2 weeks prior to the event pick up or setup date

No checks will be accepted after 2 weeks prior to the event

Due to the rise in credit card processing fees, there will be an additional 3% charge for credit card payments for weddings.
